Peppertree established in 1995 as a fusion brand of ethnic prints in western style. Peppertree with its folkloric feel has kept alive through its clothing the old and traditional skills of kalamkari, bandhni, badlawork, dyeing this combined with contemporary styles of the woman of today. Using essentially cotton fabric we create our clothing to suit the Indian summer. Flowing skirts, summery tops, printed pants, classic Kurtis, and trendy indowestern sets and so much more attract the hip to the conservative, the cool to the trendy. Peppertree clothes accentuate the feminity of a woman but at the same time give her a distinct personality.

We started our first store in Lokhandwala in the year 2000 since then we have added outlets in Tardeo, Gurgaon (satellite city of New Delhi), a shop in shop at Thane, Pune and now in Kolkatta. The wearable quality of the clothes with a stylish hip look and affordability has made the brand very popular.

We boast a large celebrity clientele from bollywood and television, Kareena Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Urmila Matondkar, Priyanka Chopra, Udita Goswami . Our small screen celebrities include Rakshanda Khan, Mauli Ganguly, Nausheen Sardar, Tasneem Sheikh, Aapra Mehta, Achint Kaur, Shweta Salve and many more. Our clothes can be seen regularly in the popular soap opera's on television.

Peppertree is the creation of 2 siblings, Sheela and Seema, who with their flair and training give their own touch to the Peppertree. We create a special look or collection every month depending on the season and occasions from the ‘Simply White' collection in mid summer to the ‘Chandni Collection' at Diwali to the bandhni special at Navratri. We have endeavoured to develop our designs and style as per our customer introducing a small line of semiformal indian wear and Kurtis with the distinct peppertree style.
